Shipping

I ship mostly via ChitChats, but I also occasionally ship via Canada Post.

**While ChitChats does not show up as an option at Checkout, if they have a cheaper rate, (sometimes significantly), I will use ChitChats & refund you the difference.**

Time frames depend completely on the destination.

**Regarding paying duties, tariffs or customs fees - the responsibility is solely on the purchaser**

**Please note that especially with the new U.S. tariffs, shipments may take longer than you expect.  Please allow yourself plenty of time, or be patient in regards to the shipping time.**

Please allow me at least 1 - 2 business days to process your order, unless it is a Made to Order item, which requires approximately 1 week to make & process (plus additional shipping time.)

For local Toronto, ON area clients, pickup is available.

I am in Parkdale.

If you choose this option, I will message you when your order is fulfilled and we can decide a pickup day that works best.

For Niagara Region clients interested in picking up their order, select the Pickup option, then add a note for Thorold pickup.
As I’m based out of Toronto, this Thorold Pickup option is available when I head home, which is usually approximately every few weeks.

Also, if picking up from one of my upcoming in-person markets would be easier, that can also be arranged, provided you message me first.
